FAQ:

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

Shop Pay is a payment option that allows you to split your purchase amount into smaller installments. You can pay now or later, with options for biweekly payments with 0% APR or monthly payments with no hidden or late fees. Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a US billing address and phone number, and there is a $17,500 USD limit on purchases. You can use debit or credit cards for non-interest bearing orders, and only debit cards for interest bearing orders.

If you make a return on a purchase made with Shop Pay Installments, the refund will be processed and appear on your payment schedule within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. There are no late fees for missed payments, but they may impact your credit score or future eligibility for Shop Pay Installments.

For instance, a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.

Rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses.
