Refund policy

At Alaska Bicycle Center, we prioritize top-quality products and customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that don’t meet your expectations, are yet to be shipped, or have factory defects. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and a receipt.

To start a return, log into your account on our website and follow the instructions. Please note, customers cover return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply. Return your item to 201 West Nelson Ave, Wasilla, Alaska 99654. Without a return request, items will not be accepted.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, but it may take longer for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
