30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible merchandise. To qualify for a return, merchandise must generally be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Return requests must be submitted and approved before merchandise is shipped or brought back to Alaska Bicycle Center. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.

A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply depending on the item, its condition, packaging, and the circumstances of the return.

Complete Bicycle Sales

Complete bicycles cannot be returned for a refund after the bicycle has been picked up or taken possession of by the customer.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or discover that another style of bicycle would better fit your needs. In these situations, Alaska Bicycle Center may offer a trade-in toward a different bicycle.

Trade-in eligibility and value will depend on the bicycle's condition, use, age, current value, and other factors. A trade-in value is not guaranteed to equal the original purchase price.

Items That Are Final Sale After Use or Installation

Certain products cannot be sold as new once they have been used, mounted, installed, inflated, assembled, or otherwise put into service. Because of this, these products are considered final sale after use or installation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, has a factory defect, or if you received an incorrect item.

We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution. Photos, packaging, serial numbers, or additional information may be requested to help us process the claim.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, log into your account on our website and follow the available return instructions, or contact Alaska Bicycle Center directly for assistance.

Please do not ship or bring merchandise back without first submitting a return request and receiving approval.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received, our team will inspect the merchandise and determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved.

Please keep in mind that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Eligibility & Final Determination

Alaska Bicycle Center reserves the right to determine whether merchandise qualifies for a return, exchange, trade-in, store credit, or refund based on the condition of the merchandise, how it was used, whether it can be resold as new, and the circumstances surrounding the return.

Alaska Bicycle Center retains final discretion regarding the acceptance or denial of returns.
