We recommend giving us a call to confirm product availability due to our diverse inventory. Items do sell out, and if something is no longer available, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
Alaska Bicycle Center is committed to delivering your purchases safely and promptly. Most orders ship the same day, though some orders may require 2–3 business days for processing. Thank you for your business.

General Shipping Information
- All orders are fully insured
- Tracking is provided on every shipment
- Adult signature may be required for bicycles and select high-value parts
- We do not ship on Sundays or Mondays
- Returns are accepted for defective products or incorrect items
- We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- A 10% restocking fee applies
- Please contact us before returning any item
