  1. Introduction. Alaska Bicycle Center, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Site as a marketplace for the sale of bicycles and related products and services. The Site allows users to browse, purchase, and sell products and services. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant
