The Axiom Monsoon Oceanweave P23+ Urban Pannier is a waterproof bike pannier perfect for commuters. It features Rixen & Kaul VARIO 2 spring-loaded hooks that adjust from 6mm-16mm without any need for tools, as well as an intuitive roll-down closure system for added waterproofing. The pannier also includes a removeable 14.2”x10.2” padded laptop/electronics sleeve and a 10”x8” padded tablet/electronics sleeve for organization. There is an external zippered pocket for small items such as keys and a wallet, and the main compartment and outer compartment both have compression/cargo straps for load control. This pannier is made of durable polyester and has a total volume of 22.6 liters. It is available in black.
