Park Tool BBT-79.3 Bottom Bracket Tool

The Park Tool BBT-79.3 is a precision CNC-machined aluminum tool for the installation and removal of select threaded bottom brackets with 12-notch fittings. Designed for bike mechanics and enthusiasts, this tool is manufactured in-house by Park Tool and features an anodized finish for easy identification. With a ratchet/torque wrench-compatible 3/8" drive, this tool is perfect for precise and efficient bottom bracket maintenance and repairs. It is compatible with the Park Tool BBT-RS Bottom Bracket Tool Retaining System (sold separately) which uses an adjustable spring-based tension system to apply consistent and adjustable pressure to the tool, ensuring full engagement with the tool fitting and preventing slippage.

This tool fits 12-notch threaded bottom bracket tool fittings with a major diameter (outside of notches) of 45-47 mm and a minor diameter (inside of notches) of 44 mm, including: SRAM BSA DUB, Race Face Cinch, Rotor BSA30, Zipp Vuma, Hawk Racing BB3086, and more. It also features a 3/8" drive fitting which makes it easy to use with a standard wrench or socket.
